THALSAMAYAM ORU PENKUTTY is the new movie that is directed by veteran director T.K. Rajeev kumar and starring the new young sensation Unni Mukund and the ever charming Nithya Menon in the lead.

Incidentally the movie is all about the latest craze in the television industry- reality shows.Swetha Menon plays an important role as a producer and Baburaj plays the rival to her in the same field.

The film is all about a new reality show that is introduced by Swetha Menon that is about showing thew life of 12 girls on screen from morning to evening.Nithya Menon enters as a contestant in the show and soon the changes in her life becomes unacceptable to even her.

The film will depict the nuances of the television industry and the mad rush to have their TRP ratings increased more than any other channels.

Swetha Menon comes up with a spirited performance once again and proves again that she is a quality actor.

Acclaimed director Shyamaprasad has come out with a romantic comedy now.Starring Dileep in the lead role, the movie also has the services of Biju Menon,Jagathy Sreekumar,Urmila Unni and Chithra Iyer.

The movie is titled ‘Arike’ and can be said to be on the heroine centric side.It stars Mamtha Mohandas and Samvritha Sunil in the lead roles. The shooting of ‘Arike’ is progressing in the picturesque locations of kozhikode. This is the first film of Shyamaprasad with Dileep in the lead. Earlier the duo had joined together for Suresh gopi- Vijayshanthi starrer "Kallu Kondoro Pennu".

The movie arike is loosely based on a bengali novel.Dileep plays shantanu, a normal middle class woker and the story gets shape when he meets Kalpana and Anuradha played by Samvritha Sunil and Mamtha Mohandas respectively.
